The Archimedes’ Museum (Kostas Kotsanas Museum of Ancient Greek Technology) has its collection open to the public, seeking to acquaint visitors with the inventions of the most brilliant and creative mind of Greek antiquity, to whom it owes its name. The collection is complemented by inventions of other great minds of antiquity, such as Philo and Ktesivius.
TICKETS
Instead of a ticket, the entrance to the museum is by donation according to the capabilities of each visitor in order to ensure the sustainability and uninterrupted operation of the museum.

Scheduled Interactive Guided Tours:
- Individuals: 10€/person (The duration of the tour is 45 minutes).
- Groups: 5€/person (The duration of the tour is 45 minutes).
- Schools: 5€/person (The duration of the tour is 60 minutes). The Archimedes Museum designs and implements a series of educational programs, workshops and activities suitable for pre-school children, primary, secondary and academic education. The Museum has educational programmes approved by the Ministry of Education & Religious Affairs.
Apart from individuals, groups and groups of students participating in the Museum’s interactive tours are organised in groups of 15-20 people. Our aim is to better conduct the tour, which aims to entertain the visitor and to acquire new knowledge through the reconstructed inventions, which take him/her to the world of Ancient Greek Technology.
